Preview Tulsa Home’s helpful tips for a successful home search |

* Do not search by house square footage. Sometimes the house square footage field is left blank in the listing, which the search reads as "0". If your search includes a minimum house square foot size, your search results will miss those listings with the house square footage field left blank. |

* Give a broad enough range for price. Remember that if a property is priced at $205,000 and you search up to $200,000, your search results will not include the property listed at $205,000. |

* Give a broad enough search for other parameters. For example if you search for properties with 3 or more bedrooms, your search results will not include properties with 2 bedrooms and an office. |

* Search with only a few parameters. If you put in too many parameters, your search results may miss too many properties. |
